You should receive an email from the system stating the back ups ran and what files ran.  You can also start the sos back up program (from an icon on your desktop or from the start menu).  Click on "Restore Online".  Wait a little bit for the program to retrieve the data from the server.  Click on "Next".  The next screen will show you all the computers you are backing up with all the files.  Go to a file that has changed recently and make sure the "Date modified" is accurate.  If it is, your system is backing up and you are not receiving the emails.  Click the link below to change the email address the messages are being sent to:
