Avast anti-virus:
Avast is a free program that helps prevent against computer viruses. While no program will prevent against every virus, Avast is one of the best.

If a screen pops up coming from Avast saying a virus has been detected. Hit the "move to chest" button.

Spyware Dr.
Spyware Dr. is a program that protects against spyware. Your system should be set up to automatically run at _________________. You can view when this will run by right clicking on the Spyware Dr. icon on the bottom right of your computer and left clicking "open". Next click on settings on the left hand side then click on "Scheduled Tasks". The Intelli-scan should show you the time it is set to run. If your computer is not on at this time it will run the next time the computer is on at the scheduled time.

If Spyware Dr. comes up saying it found anything simply click on the "fix checked" button at the bottom and follow the directions on screen.

Logmein:
Logmein is a free program that gives our technicians access to your computer remotely. We will never access your computer without your permission. If you are uncomfortable with allowing us access to your computer, you can go to Start -> Control Pane -> Add/Remove Programs and find Logmein and un-install it.
